All orders placed by Wednesday will ship the following Tuesday.

Please open your plants as soon as you receive them to ensure plant survival.

Return Policy

If you would like to request a return, please email support@bombus.eco.

Note, returns will only be accepted if plants arrived dead, deceased, or otherwise unusable.
